- –Automatic Delivery Customers are scheduled for delivery based on the weather (Degree Days), the customer’s tank size, the customer’s historical usage pattern, and our delivery routes for your neighborhood.
- –Will Call Customers decide for themselves when their tank needs a delivery. This is not our preferred method for oil delivery because it costs the customer more and has many run-out risks; these risks include relying on an inaccurate tank gauge, calling the day before a snowstorm, calling the day after our truck was near your neighborhood, and others.

The tank monitor is a small device attached to your tank that will allow our office to view the amount of propane in your tank DAILY! Sign up for a tank monitor. Our staff can pre-plan your deliveries more efficiently. They will avoid unnecessary stops. We will only send a delivery truck when your tank level is below 30%. You will also have access to an app. The app will allow YOU to see your propane tank level. You can also ask for service through the app.
If you would like to sign of for our tank monitoring program, we will install a Tank Monitor at a cost of $60.00 per year (only $5.00 per month).
